Good Day Charlotte,

On this election day, July 26, 2022, know this:

1. The May 17, 2022 election was definitely bought and otherwise gained through felonious influence by those I named in my election protest.

2. Evidently, more are involved than even I am aware of.

3. Additional witnesses or informants have come forward to confirm what I alleged in my protest regarding the Black Political Caucus and "Meko Chosen" defaming me ... and other candidates to criminally influence the election and ultimately dissuade electors from voting for me and these other candidates.

Promoting one's favorite candidate is perfectly harmless and lawful. However, when such promoting is achieved by defaming other candidates, then it constitutes felonious election influence and tortuous (civil and/or criminal) defamation.

My lawsuit against the Black Polticial Caucus and "Meko Chosen" remains pending.

4. Recall that I posted the outcome of the preliminary hearing on my election protest held on May 25 and June 6, 2022 and the deplorable behavior of the local board of elections members, wantonly led by Michael Dickerson. Again, his misconduct was deplorable and sufficient to disqualify him as unfit to serve in such capacity.

5. As of July 18, 2022, nearly two full months since first filing my election protest on May 19, 2022, and then ultimately receiving the unjust decision from the county board frivolously dismissing my election protest upon the preliminary hearing, the state board has not even acknowledged receipt of my appeal from the county board since June 16, 2022.

6. You all know full well now that I retain records. Not only that of paper.

7. On July 19, 2022, I received an email from Paul Cox, counsel for the state speaking on behalf of the state board in response to my inquiry on the status of my appeal. Paul condescendingly suggested that I had not properly perfected my appeal, and that I failed to submit all required documents in accordance with G. S. 163-182.11 (a) and 08 NCAC 02 .0112.

BUT, YOU SEE ... IN FACT, I DID. I DID FILE ALL REQUIRED FORMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH BOTH GUIDING CODES.

I responded this morning, having checked my mail this morning to find the July 19th email, and provided electronic records of all my records to show inarguable proof that I did perfect my appeal, and properly so.

As you can expect, I have uploaded the pdf records to my campaign website for your viewing and reviewing convenience.

Should the state board persist in arguing against the obvious, I have given Notice that I shall appeal today's election as well. I remain a party entitled to appeal, because I am still an affected candidate ... and where they'll likely argue that I am not a candidate in today's election, I am still yet an elector(voter) and thus entitled to appeal this election.

8. For the first time ever, I will be voting only in protest to preserve my rights to protest this election. Few on the ballot are deserving our votes.

I'll go LIVE later this week with further details.

Kind Regards,

Tigress

Greetings Charlotte,

On May 19, 2022 at 4:54 pm, I filed an election protest pursuant to NC GS Chapter 163-182.9. I did not protest the count of votes, and instead protested election irregularities that likely affected the election outcome, and unlawfully so.

Election laws enjoin me with the duty to serve notice to all affected candidates and others with stake in the outcome of my election protest. Of course, I notified the other candidates in the Mayoral race. I also notified those witnesses who I assert have express or reasonable knowledge about the election irregularities. Moreover, I assert that you, Charlotte at large, are also stakeholders and thus am providing public notice to you all.

The preliminary hearing is being held at the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections office on May 31, 2022 at 5:15 pm. Please also follow my FB and IG video updates for the progress of my election protest.

Kind Regards,

Tigress
